再生粗骨料砂浆含量测定方法及分级研究

【摘要】 本文通过试验研究了某道路破碎再生粗骨料(RCA)砂浆含量和吸水率的关系,试验表明:两者具有非常好的线性关系,在此基础上提出了RCA砂浆含量的简易测定方法,即通过测定RCA取代率为R时的混合骨料吸水率,以及天然石子和纯砂浆块的吸水率,代入公式计算出RCA的砂浆含量。通过测定相同灰水比、不同RCA取代率条件下再生混凝土的28d强度,得出RCA取代率在20%~60%范围内混凝土强度较高,并在此基础上以RCA吸水率为主要指标、压碎指标为辅助指标,对RCA进行了分级。

【Abstract】 This paper has focused on the relationship between the mortar content and water absorption rate of RCA obtained from some debris of roadway, the results shows a perfect linear relationship, based on which we proposed a simple measurement method for mortar content. That is, we can get the value of water absorption rate of RCA (R replacement rate)、NCA and pure mortar, then the mortar content of RCA can be calculated through formula. We have also obtained the compressive strength of concrete with the same cement to water ratio and different RCA replacement rate, the result shows that there is a higher compressive strength when the RCA replacement rate is between 20% to 60%, base on the above investigation, we classified the RCA into three categories.
