再生混凝土粗骨料强化试验研究

【摘要】 结合再生粗骨料强度低、吸水率大及压碎指标低等问题,本文首先对再生骨料进行物理强化,然后采取三种不同的化学浆液进行浸泡,并对再生骨料的性能进行分别进行分析。试验分析表明,粉煤灰-矿粉-熟石灰-硫酸钠作为处理剂配制化学浆液强化再生骨料的效果理想。
【Abstract】 Combined with low intensity of recycled coarse aggregate, water absorption and crushing low indicators big problem, the intensified test research on recycled aggregate are carried out by means of physical strengthening and then three different types of chemical grout for immersion, and the performance of recycled aggregate were analysis. Test analysis show that the recycled coarse aggregate intesified result by chemical grout of fly ash - slag - hydrated lime - sodium sulfate is satisfied.
