嵌入式技术推动工控网络化发展及应用

【摘要】 嵌入式技术在芯片集成、系统开发、网络技术、异构集成等方面的巨大进展对工业测控领域中的网络化控制、监测等产生了革命性的影响。本文阐述了伴随嵌入式技术的进步,工控设备智能化、网络化的发展以及对工业控制系统的相互作用和影响,说明了以嵌入式技术为基础的工控网络发展趋势;指出了基于高集成微处理器及强实时性嵌入式操作系统的开发技术是工控设备专业化、系统化革新的基础;并进一步阐述了基于嵌入式技术的异构网络集成,以及网络控制系统带来的问题和对嵌入式技术的期望。
【Abstract】 The great progress of embedded technology in chip integration, hardware and software development, network technology, heterogeneous integration will have revolutionary influence on the industrial network control and monitoring. Along with the development of embedded technology, it makes the industrial equipments to be more networking and intelligent, and shows great interactive influence on industrial network. This thesis indicates one of industrial control network trends to be embedded-based, and points out that embedded real-time operating system s with high integration microprocessors provide the conditions for industrial equipments’ innovation. Also, the thesis explains the embedded-based heterogeneous network integration, problems brought by network control system and the anticipation of embedded technology.
