简易小麦精密播种机的设计
Design of the Simple Wheat Precision Seeder

【摘要】 本文设计了一种简易小麦精密播种机,由电磁振动排种器排种,利用传感器采集车轮转速信号和排种口排种速度信号,通过芯片PIC16F877对播种速度进行了实时控制,整个系统为闭环系统。在播种过程中,播种速度可以根据行驶速度自动进行调整,行驶速度越快,则播种速度越快。这一特性能保证麦种播撒在田间的均匀性,提高了播种精度。整个播种机结构简单,由人力拖动行驶,操作方便,对复杂多变的作业环境具有良好的适应性,适用于丘陵山区小麦的播种。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a simple wheat precision seeder, which contains electromagnetic vibrating type seeder and takes a SCM PIC16F877 as its main part, was designed. The simple wheat precision seeder can adjust seeding speed through real-time control by mechatronics, meanwhile, it can improve seeding accuracy. The seeding speed can be adjusted according to wheel speed. During seeding process, the faster wheels move, the faster seeds fall. This feature can ensure seeds proportional spacing, through seeds falling one by one. Otherwise,the simple wheat precision seeder is powered by people. It has a good adaptability to complex environment. And it is characterized by its simple structure, its convenience, which is suitable for use in hills and mountains.
