【Abstract】 Guizhou is a mountainous province with diversity geographic and geomorphic. The level of agricultural mechanization is far below national average. This paper introduced the agricultural mechanization general condition of Guizhou province and the development of agricultural mechanization in different area firstly, and then pointed out the development strategy for agricultural mechanization and the requirement status of agricultural mechanization talent. In the end, the academic model of innovative talent for agricultural mechanization has been bringing forward.更多还原
