滚切式轻小型秸杆切碎机的研制
Design of small straw roller cutter mill

【摘要】 针对西南稻麦两熟区农田环境质量下降,秸秆产出量大,综合效益低,秸秆利用率不高等问题,以农田生产系统为基础,重点进行秸秆高效还田技术、作物秸秆快速粉碎及节能技术模式。根据丘陵地区秸秆还田要求进行湿切碎,而农作物秸作为食用菌栽培的原料的要求,研制了滚切式轻小型秸杆切碎机。通过对样机的试验和分析研究,该机具有结构简单,重量轻,安全性好,效率高和切碎性好的特点,适合丘陵地区秸秆切碎还田和栽培食用菌的需要。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the status quo of straw utilization in southwestern parts of china, where wheat and rice grows throughout the year, so a large quantity of straw is resulted, but the utilization coefficient as well as the comprehensive benefit of straw is low, and the farmland environment is deteriorating, so a serials of straw-utilizing technologies, such as straw returning to field technologies, express straw cutting and energy saving technologies are applied in the region based on the foundation of farmland productive systems, this paper deals with the design of small straw roller cutter mill in line with the demands that the straw should be cut with water in condition of returning to field in hilly areas, as well as the demands of being as the material of the cultivating of edible fungus, and the analysis of the prototype show that the prototype has a simplicity structure, small weight, high security and efficiency as well as good performance, and meets with the demands of returning straw to field as well as the cultivating of edible fungus.
