甲酸添加剂对鹅观草青贮品质的影响

【摘要】 为探讨甲酸对鹅观草(Roegneria kamoji Ohwi)青贮品质的影响,向鹅观草中添加不同浓度的甲酸(2.5g/kg、5.0g/kg和7.5g/kg),分析青贮料的发酵品质和化学成分。结果表明:添加甲酸可使鹅观草青贮料的pH值和氨态氮占总氮含量显著下降(P<0.05),添加量达到7.5g/kg时,青贮料的pH值和氨态氮占总氮含量最低;同时,添加甲酸可以显著提高青贮料乳酸含量(P<0.05),并显著减少丁酸含量(P<0.05);V-Score评分体系中,添加甲酸后等级为良好,说明甲酸可以明显改善鹅观草的发酵品质;甲酸可使鹅观草青贮料的粗蛋白含量显著上升(P<0.05);添加量5.0g/kg和7.5g/kg处理组的可溶性碳水化合物显著升高(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维含量显著下降(P<0.05)。综合发酵品质和化学成分,发现甲酸可以有效改善鹅观草的青贮品质。
【Abstract】 To explore the influence of formic acid additives on quality of common roegneria grass silage,designing to add formic acid concentration of 2.5 g/kg,5.0g/kg and 7.5 g/kg to common roegneria silage material respectively,then investigating fermentation quality and chemical composition.The results show that pH value and ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen content significantly decrease(P<0.05).The treatment group of adding the largest amount of formic acid has the lowest pH value and ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen content.Besides,lactic acid of silage material rises significantly(P<0.05),and butyric acid content significantly decreases. adding formic acid level to common roegneria can obviously improve the fermentation quality by application of V-Score ratings system.Formic acid adding to common roegneria grass material has significant influence on crude protein(P<0.05).Only adding formic acid concentration of 5.0 g/kg and 7.5 g/kg treatment groups have significant differences on water-soluble carbohydrate and acid detergent fiber(P<0.05).Considering fermentation quality and chemical composition,we can come to the conclusion that formic acid can improve the quality of common roegneria silage.
