达乌里胡枝子的青贮

【摘要】 为探讨不同添加剂对柠条青贮的影响,以开花期柠条为原料,分别设计对照、添加甲酸(6 ml/kg)或蔗糖(2%)处理,袋装密封青贮360 d后取样分析。结果表明,添加蔗糖和甲酸能改善柠条青贮饲料的发酵品质。添加蔗糖显著降低青贮饲料的pH(P<0.05),极显著增加乳酸含量和降低氨态氮含量(P<0.01)。添加甲酸极显著增加柠条青贮饲料的乳酸含量,降低氨态氮含量(P<0.01)。添加甲酸或蔗糖显著提高柠条青贮饲料的干物质保存率(P<0.05)。青贮之后,硝酸盐含量下降。
【Abstract】 The effects of additives on korshinsk peashrub silage were studied.The korshinsk peashrub during flowering stage were moved and bagged ensilaged with CK,formic acid(6 ml/kg) or sucrose(2%).After sampled and analyzed after storaged 360 d,the results showed that the silage fermentation quality were improved with additives of formic acid sucrose.The pH of korshinsk peashrub silage were decreased with sucrose(P<0.05),and lactic acid content increased significantly and ammonia nitrogen content decreased significantly(P<0.01).The lactic acid content increased significantly and ammonia nitrogen content decreased significantly(P<0.01) of which with formic acid.The dry matter recovery of which increased with additives(P<0.05). The nitrate content reduced post-ensilaged.
