【摘要】 目的探讨壮族与汉族胎儿鼻骨长度是否有差异。方法对广西壮族自治区汉族、壮族、壮-汉杂合子正常胎儿各孕周胎儿鼻骨长度进行两两比较。结果正常胎儿的鼻骨随孕周增加而增长,鼻骨长度与孕周成直线相关关系,相关系数r=0.812(P<0.05),壮族、汉族、壮-汉杂合子胎儿各孕周胎儿鼻骨长度差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论壮族、汉族、壮-汉杂合子胎儿各孕周胎儿鼻骨长度没有明显区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:An absent or short nasal bone is highly predictive of Down syndrome in human populations.Racial differences in fetal nasal bone length(NBL)have been reported.We examine the difference of NBL in normal population between Zhuang Nationality and Han Nationality from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. METHODS:From January 2010 to April 2012,we investigated the reference range of NBL in 4100 normal fetuses at 13～24+6 weeks’ gestation whose mothers were high-risk and chromosome kasyotype analysis were taken in all fetus.The fetus were separated into three groups(Zhuang Nationality,Han Nationality and Zhuang-Han heterozygous)according to maternal and paternal Nationality. Ultrasound measurements of NBL were performed on a midsagittal plane. RESULTS:The nasal bone length measurement showed a significant increase with gestational age(GA)(p < 0.05).There is significant linear relationship between NBL and gestational age(r=0.886,P<0.05).There is no significant difference in NBL between Zhuang Nationality,Han Nationality and Zhuang-Han heterozygous(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There is no significant difference in NBL between Zhuang Nationality,Han Nationality and Zhuang-Han heterozygous.It is reasonable to use criteria established in Chinese population to define the characteristics of an absent or short nasal bone in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region fetuses.更多还原
