稻/菰远缘杂交创制BT型北方粳稻恢复系
Rice and Zizania Distant Hybridization to Create BT Northern Japonica Restorer Lines

【摘要】 利用北方粳稻品种通35与野生禾本科植物菰进行远缘杂交,在T2世代出现变异株,T3世代至今T8世代仍出现大量、明显的性状分离,变异后代经人工选择后大多表现丰产性好、抗逆性强。201 1年以16份稳定变异后代及受体CK通35为父本与BT型不育系P6A为母本杂交进行恢复力测定,筛选出一份材料TH1对BT型不育系P6A具有强恢复力,F1结实率高达90.3%,2012年继续利用此恢复系与三个BT型不育系通禾830A、通禾832A、通禾857A杂交,F1结实率分别为86.2%、84.5%、56.7%,认为此材料可以做为BT型北方粳稻恢复系加以利用。
【Abstract】 Distant hybridization derived from between northern japonica tong 35 and Zizania of wild Gramineae.Some variation plants were discovered in the T2 generation,a large number of variants were observed by generation T2 to T8,which showed obviously segregation of character.Most of variants offspring were high yield property and strong stress tolerance.The measurements of restoring ability was bred cross between sterile line(P6A) of BT type and 16 stable of variants offspring materials including receptor(tong 35),then we found that one material(TH1) could strong restoring ability for BT type P6 A,which setting of F1 was90.3%.In 2012,we hybridized the restorer lines with three male sterile lines F1 seed setting rate were 86.2%,84.5%,56.7%.So we thought that TH1 could be used for BT type northern japonica restorer lines.
