密度与施氮量对大豆细胞质雄性不育系结实率及制种产量的影响

Influences of Density and Nitrogen Application Rate on Seed-setting rate and Hybrid Seed Production Yield of Soybean Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line

【摘要】 为提高杂交大豆不育系制种产量,以大豆细胞质雄性不育系JLCMS34A为母本,其同型保持系JLCMS34B为父本,于2011和2012年在吉林省农业科学院洮南试验站进行制种试验。试验设3个密度(10,15和20万株·hm-2)和3个底肥施氮量(100,200,和300kg·hm-2),研究了9个处理对不育系结实率、制种产量及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明:密度对不育系结实率和制种产量影响均达到显著水平,密度10万株·hm-2的结实率最高,密度15万株·hm-2的制种产量最高,并且随着密度增加结实率逐渐降低。2011年密度与施氮量互作对结实率达到显著水平,以10万株·hm-2种植密度配合100 kg·hm-2底肥施氮量的结实率最高为67.28%;密度与施氮量互作对制种产量差异不显著,最高制种产量为15万株·hm-2种植密度配合200 kg·hm-2底肥施氮量,达到1395.72kg·hm-2;底肥施氮量对不育系结实率和制种产量差异不显著,互作差异性也未达到显著水平。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the seed production output of hybrid soybean sterile line,tests for hybrid seed production were conducted in Taonan Experiment State of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences,2011 and 2012.JLCMS34 A of soybean cytoplasmic male sterile line,in the tests,was female parent,and JLCMS34 B of its homo-maintain line was male parent.Nine kinds of influences on seed-setting rate of sterile line,hybrid seed production and yield components were studied by setting three densities-100,150 and 200 thousand ·hm-2-and three nitrogen application rates in base fertilizer-100,200 and 300kg·hm-2.The test results showed that density has significant effects on seed-setting rate and hybrid seed production yield of sterile line.The seed-setting rate is highest when density is 100 thousand plants·hm-2,while hybrid seed production yield is highest when density is 150 thousand plants·hm-2.Moreover,the seed-setting rate will gradually decrease with the increase of density.In 2011,the interaction between density and nitrogen application rate had significant effects on the seed-setting rate.The highest seed-setting rate was 67.28%when combining 100 thousand plants·hm-2 of density with 100kg·hm-2 nitrogen application rate in base fertilizer.However,the interaction between density and nitrogen application rate had no significant effects on hybrid seed production yield.The hybrid seed production yield was highest,up to 1395.72kg·hm-2,when combining 150 thousand plants·hm-2 of density with 200 kg·hm-2 nitrogen application rate in base fertilizer.Moreover,the nitrogen application rate also had no significant effects on seed-setting rate and hybrid production yield of sterile line,and the interaction variance was not obvious.
