利用转座子家系(Mu-4)选育紫糯玉米初探
A Preliminary Investigation on Mutator(Mu -4)Breeding of Purple Glutinous Maize

【摘要】 探究玉米转座子家系(Mu-4)应用于玉米育种工作以及花糯形成原因。用白糯玉米自交系为父本分别与紫糯米转座子家系(Mu-4)及云南孟海紫糯玉米自交系杂交、回交和自交,观察各世代的变异。同时在这二类测配组合实验中,分别采用间隔不同天数进行授粉,观察色泽变化。上述二类测配组合杂交、回交与自交的子代中皆有变异,但前者频率略高,且发现稀有畸形籽粒以及经济效用的变异,并育成在青穗呈现紫色的单交种。观察不同授粉数的效应,二类测配组合结果类似,三周的嫩果穗,紫色仍不能充分显现,形成"花糯"。玉米糊粉层色泽显现的原因以及利用转座子家系(Mu-4)直接育种的技术尚待研讨。
【Abstract】 We will discribe how are employing the Mu -4 to study effects of maize breeding.Simultaneously,This paper also we had diseribed the researches of the purple,white and yellow kernel scattering in permerdia stage ear.As a female of Y type white glutinous maize inbreed was cross,back cross and tassel bag method by making hand of selfing pollinution with pruple glutinous maize inbreed Mu -4 and Yun Nan Mong hai purple glutinous maize inbreed,Respectively.This two sets of the hybrid crosses F1,from the analysis and observation freequence of variation the former was higher than latter,i.e.,the hybrid Fl of purple glutinous of maize inbreed Mu -4.But on the tassel bag method by making hand of selfing pollination set of Mu -4,the purple colour of kernel in permerdia stage ear was discovered.As well as,in the purple glutinous maize breeding may be employed.In difference days by tassel bag method by making hand pollinalion at permerdia stage ear,the variation of test hybrid Fl of maize inbreed Mu -4 and Yun Nan Mong hai purple glutinous maize inbreed concludes "no difference in this two sets".About in the 21 days tassel bag method of making hand pollination on permerdia stage ear which the yourgling kernel are still maintained pale purple white colour that was called "in laid with black,white and yellow colour of glutinous maize".Finally,the formation and express of aleurone pigment and the mutator breeding motheds of purple glutinous maize development have been dissussed.
