【摘要】 试验以孤雌生殖诱导系MT-1与10个甜玉米基础材料杂交诱导所产生的单倍体及对应二倍体为材料,对甜玉米单倍体与相应二倍体的重要农艺性状进行了比较和分析,并期望从中筛选出简便、高效的甜玉米单倍体形态鉴定指标。结果表明,10个甜玉米基础材料的单倍体在株高、穗位高、茎粗、穗位叶长、穗位叶宽5个重要农艺性状平均值均显著低于对应二倍体,可作为鉴定甜玉米单倍体的重要形态指标;而部分基础材料的单倍体与对应二倍体在雄穗分支数和总叶片数性状上差异未达极显著水平,不能作为鉴定甜玉米单倍体的形态指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparative analysis on agricultur traits of sweet corn haploid and diploid and expect to select out handy and high-performance shape identification index to sweet corn haploid with the haploids induced by MT - 1 crossed with ten sweet corn and corresponding diploid plants.The results showed that the average value of haploids coming from 10 sweet corn materials notable lower than corresponding diploid plants on plant height、ear height、ear-leaf length、ear-leaf width,so these traits can be used to identify sweet corn haploids,but the haploid and diploid difference on tassel branch number and leaf number is not notable in part materials,so the two traits can not be used to identify sweet corn haploids.更多还原
