紫玉米不同器官叶绿素-类胡萝卜素-花青素的积累规律研究

【摘要】 利用分光光度法对紫玉米(Pu rple corn)SZ15植株不同器官的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b值、类胡萝卜素、花青素含量进行动态测定,探索紫玉米植株各器官着色表达机理,结果表明在生长发育过程中,紫玉米叶片、叶鞘、雄穗及苞叶的叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b值变化较为一致,均随着生育时期的推移逐渐降低;叶片叶绿素b含量则在吐丝期至乳熟期有增大趋势;各部位不同时期类胡萝卜素含量比较稳定;花青素含量则随着生育时期的推进逐渐增加,其中叶鞘和雄穗花青素含量在灌浆期出现峰值。相关分析表明:紫玉米叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b和类胡萝卜素均与花青素含量呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.59、-0.56、-0.59、-0.55与-0.59。
【Abstract】 The dynamic changes of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a + b,chlorophyll a/b,carotenoids and anthocyanins in the leaf,leaf sheath,tassel and husk of purple corn SZ15 were studied to explore its color expression mechanism in different growing stages.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll a + b,chlorophyll a/b in different organs were decreased as times go on.While chlorophyll b increased from silk stage to milk stage.The content of carotenoids was steady in different organs.The anthocyanins accumulation increased as times go on,while the anthocyanins of leaf sheath and tassel were the highest at filling stage.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a + b,chlorophyll a/b,carotenoids were negatively correlated with anthocynins and the coefficients were -0.59,-0.56,-0.59,-0.55 and -0.59,respectively.
