【Abstract】 Passing state or province regional trial is a necessary permit that enter market.But there are a lot of deficiencies to regional test.They will bring a series of negative results.For example,accuracy,equity,assurance quotietv about production and power of market extension.For improving on this situation,introducing into foreign varieties certification’s registration is better than the regional test.Management in production application for varieties also ought to be further strengthened.更多还原
