干旱胁迫对玉米幼苗生理指标含量的影响

【摘要】 通过对四叶期转抗旱基因玉米2011ZW69-3、2011ZWD31、2011ZW69-2、2011ZWD30和普通玉米2011ZW69-1(CK)的幼苗进行同等水平的干旱胁迫,分别测定干旱处理前和干旱7天后植株叶片可溶性糖(MSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)3个生理指标的变化。结果表明:干旱处理后5组玉米幼苗的生理生化指标均出现一定的变化规律,即可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和MDA的含量均成增加的趋势,增加幅度存在一定的差异。转抗旱基因玉米叶片中可溶性糖,脯氨酸含量增加幅度高于对照组,MDA含量变化幅度低于对照组,说明转基因玉米抗旱性优于普通玉米。为探讨玉米耐旱机制及玉米抗旱选育奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Four-leaf-stage Genetically modified maize 2011ZW69 -3、2011ZWD31、2011ZW69 -2、2011ZWD30 and normal maize 2011ZW69 - 1(CK) was treated with same drought stress level,and physiological indexes including the contents of soluble sugar,free proline and malondialdehyde were measured before the drought treatment and drought after 7 days.The results showed that the physiological and biochemical indices of the five groups of maize seedlings has a certain degree of variation after drought stress,ie,the contents of soluble sugar,free proline and MDA increased.There is a certain difference in the rate of increase.The content of soluble sugar, proline in transfer drought resistance gene maize increased higher than that in the control group,but the content of MDA increase is lower than the control group.it illustrated that drought - resistance of transgenic maize is superior to ordinary maize.in order to elucidate mechanism of drought tolerance and help in breeding drought resistant varieties of maize.
