紧凑型玉米自交系D34的选育与评价

【摘要】 紧凑型玉米自交系D34,是以丹340自交系的变异株经多代、大群体精心选育而成。继承和遗传了丹340丰富的种质基础,在植株形态、抗倒性和抗病性等多种性状上均有重大改进。与P群杂交,所配组合多为晚熟、稀植大穗、紧凑型品种。与Reid、Lancon群杂交,所配组合多为中晚熟、紧凑型耐密杂交种。验证了D34自交系配合力高、用途多样、适应性广的优良特性。组配的杂交种通过省级审定的有23个品种,在辽宁和吉林省广泛种植,是目前广为应用的优良自交系之一。

【Abstract】 Compact inbred line D34,which was bred by the mutant of inbred line Dan340 through many generations and large group selection,inherited the rich germplasm basis of D340 and was improved significantly in plant morphology,resistance to lodging, resistance to diseases and other characters.The hybrids crossed by D34 and P group inbred lines are usually late mature,low density, big ear and compact plant and they are moderate mature,compact and tolerant to high density crossed by D34 and Reid Yellow Dent and Lancaster Groups.D34 has the characters of high combining ability,multi - applications and wide adaptability.D34,which was one of the superiors maize inbred lines applied widely at present,has combined to 23 examined and approved hybrids and are planted in large area in Liaoning and Jilin province.
