【摘要】 研究了5个不同来源的玉米单倍体诱导系对于不同遗传基础的材料的单倍体诱导能力的差异,其中单倍体诱导率最高的是Y04,达到8.90%,最低的是高诱2号,为6.16%。同一诱导系对于不同遗传基础材料的诱导率也不同,一般瑞德血缘的诱导率较高,5个诱导系平均达到了8.54%,兰卡血缘的诱导率最低,平均为6.38%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Haploid inducing ability of 5 inducers from different resources was studied.Y04 has the best inducing ratio,which is 8.90% ,and GaoYou2,on the opposite,is 6.16% .At the same time,when the female was Reid,the average of inducing ratio is 8. 54% ,if it was Lan,the number is 6.38% .更多还原
