虾头壳废料综合性精深加工工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文主要探讨了从虾头壳下脚料中提取蛋白质、虾青素、甲壳素以及活性钙等关键技术,对虾头壳下脚料的连续性精深加工进行了研究。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the key technologies which extract proteins,astaxanthin,chitin and calcium from the waste of shrimp,the continuity further processing of shrimp waste were studied.
