镉、汞联合致毒对鲫幼鱼酶活性的影响
Effects of the pollution caused by Cd and Hg compounds on tissue enzyme activity of Carassius auratus

【摘要】 采用静水试验法,研究了镉、汞联合致毒对鲫(Carassius aruatus)幼鱼(20.5±0.45g)鳃、肝胰脏和肾脏组织的谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性的影响。试验共设6种处理,2个重复,另有1个对照,分别于试验的第6d、12d和18d取样测定其酶活性。结果显示,随着Cd2+/Hg2+浓度比的增大,各组织GOT、GPT和AKP活性呈先增高后降低的趋势(对照组除外。即GOT、GPT活性在Cd2+/Hg2+浓度比小于10时不断增大,而在Cd2+/Hg2+浓度比大于10时又逐渐减小;AKP活性则在Cd2+/Hg2+浓比小于20时逐渐增大,当Cd2+/Hg2+浓度比大于20后又开始降低。表明镉、汞联合致毒作用有一个由协同作用到拮抗作用的转变。
【Abstract】 By static test method,the effect of mercury and cadmium combination to the GOT,GPT,AKP activity of the gills,liver and kindeys of Carassius auratus was researched.In this experiment,there were 6 treatments and one control with 2 replications each.Carassius auratus in the treatments were exposed to different Cd2+/Hg2+ concentration ratios,that is,1,5,10,20,30 and 50 at a fixed Hg2+ concentration of 0.01 mg/L.Fifteen Carassius auratus of about 20 g were stocked randomly in each experimental aquarium(90L),and tissue samples were taken at days 6, 12 and 18.Results showed that as Cd2+/Hg2+ ratios increased enzyme activities increased first then decreased at all ratios of Cd2+/Hg2+ concentrations.GOT and GPT activities increased at Cd2+/Hg2+ ratios of less than 10 and decreased at Cd2+/Hg2+ ratios of greater than 10,while AKP activity increased at Cd2+/Hg2+ ratios of less than 20 and decreased at Cd2+/Hg2+ ratios of greater than 20.The results indicated that there might be changes from cooperation to antagonism for the toxicity of Cd and Hg in the tested range of Cd2+/Hg2+ concentration ratios.
