【摘要】 本作品针对湛江嘉力手套制品有限公司生产乳胶手套所使用的内隔离剂,存在手套脱模时,内隔离剂涂层粘附在手套模具上,导致废品率增加,成本上升的问题而研制的一种新型专用碱性洗脱剂。该洗脱剂以氢氧化钾水溶液为主体系,探讨出氢氧化钾的质量浓度为1%,吐温-85质量浓度为1%,酒石酸质量浓度0.5%,甘油质量浓度为2%的混合液,在90～95℃能100%地脱除粘附在手套模具上的内隔离剂涂层,且不侵蚀、不影响手套模具的循环使用。洗脱实验结果表明:本洗脱剂可以循环使用,300 mL洗脱剂可以脱除38 cm~2以上的剂层。与传统洗脱剂相比,该洗脱剂具有环保、脱漆速度快、效果好、且价格低廉等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 During latex gloves were produced in Zhanjiang Jiali Gloves Manufactory Limited Gloves Manufactory Limited,the scrap increased and cost rose owing to interlayer adhered to the mould.To solve the problem,a new kind of alkaline eluant,mainly made of potassium hydroxide aqueous solution was developed. The mass concentrations of components influenced on elution were discussed.Result:The mass concentrations of KOH,Tween-85,dihydroxysuccinic acid and glycerol are 1%,1%,0.5%and 2%,respectively,temperature is 90～95℃,elution ratio is up to 100%.The eluant can keep the gloves mould from erosion,and had nothing affects on the gloves mould recycle.Additionally,the experiment results showed that 300 mL eluant could wash away paint layer thickness more than 38 cm~2.Compared with traditional eluant,This eluant we have developed has strengths such as environmentally friendly,fast depainting rate,good depainting effect and low cost.更多还原
