【摘要】 大量农村人口流入城市,是伴随社会主义市场经济的发展而出现的一种社会现象,农民作为流动的主体,他们的卫生服务与生活状态值得关注。本文通过对重庆市主城区1513户2755名农村外来流动人口的问卷调查,对其生活、经济、劳动环境、社会支持、患病与就医状况进行了分析,发现该人群以青壮年、从事体力劳动为主,生活劳动环境不良,抗风险能力差,社会支持范围狭窄,医疗保障不足。因此建议政府加大投入,加强流动人口医疗保障体系建设,对用工单位加大法制监督力度,创建有益于农民工的劳动、生活环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of the socialist market economy,many rural migrant workers have flooded into cities.Rural migrant workers,as main part of the floating population,whose health services and living conditions need to be concerned.In this paper, 2755 rural migrant workers from 1513 household of Chongqing urban district were investigated to analyze their life,economy,working conditions,social support,sickness and medical situation.They were manly young adults and engaged in physical labor.They had adverse working conditions of life,poor ability to resist risks,narrow scope of social support,and lack of medical insurance.Therefore,we suggest that the government should increase investment to strengthening the construction of medical security system for floating population.The employment units should be supervised over the rule of law,so as to create a working and living environment which benefits the migrant workers.更多还原
