咖啡机顶盖铝合金压铸模具的热疲劳分析

【摘要】 采用PROCAST软件,对铝合金压铸成形工艺进行数值模拟,得到压铸过程中模具的温度场、应力场及模具的热疲劳分布云图。选取实际生产中容易出现热疲劳的两个工艺特征区进行模拟结果分析,对比研究"T"型浇注系统和"梳"型浇注系统,得出"梳"型浇注系统为该款零件较佳的浇注系统。试验结果验证了该优化设计对减少模具的热疲劳、提高模具使用寿命的可行性,这对同类压铸件生产具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The forming process of aluminum alloy was simulated by PROCAST.The temperature field and thermal stress field and the thermal fatigue distribution of mould were obtained.Two typical process feature area which appear thermal fatigue in practice were selected.According to the simulation results and the contrast study of T-shaped casting system and"comb"-shaped casting system,the"comb"-shaped casting system was chosen as the better casting system.The experimental results validate the feasibility of the optimal design and the reliability of reducing the thermal fatigue of mould and prolonging mould life.The results also validate the reliability of the numerical simulation on the die casting process.
