铝合金放大镜框压铸模设计
Design of Compression Mould for Magnifier Frame of Aluminum Alloy

【摘要】 根据铝合金放大镜框的特点,设计了放大镜框压铸模。论述了压铸模结构特点和工作原理。该模具一模两腔,矩形截面侧浇口进浇,收缩型芯内抽芯和旋转型芯脱螺纹。成形铸件孔壁环形凹槽的型芯由6个大扇瓣块和6个小扇瓣块组合而成,通过大、小扇瓣块相对运动,使12扇瓣块径向内移,实现环形凹槽抽芯。同时利用开模力,通过齿轮-齿条传动,使横向螺纹型芯旋转脱螺纹。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高,生产的铸件精度高。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of the magnifier frame of aluminum alloy,a die casting mould for the magnifier frame is designed.A dissertation is made on the structure characteristics and the operating principle of the die casting mould.The structural form of twain mould cavities,edge gate with ectangular cross section for feeding, capsulizing core for loose core and rotating core for thread demoulding are adopted,with.The core that forms circline groove on wall of hole of the cast is insist of 6 large arc segments and 6 small arc segments.relative motion of the large arc segments the small arc segments makes the radial inward movement of 12 arc segments,so realizing loose core of circline groove of the cast.At the same time,the mould is designed to take advantage of pening force transferred by rack and spur gear mechanism rotating cross direction threaded core for thread demoulding.The mould is compact in structure,credible and easy in operation.The production efficiency and the accuracy of cast produced is high.
