热处理制度对一种特殊铸造铝硅镁合金腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 铸造Al-Si-Mg合金是典型的可热处理强化铝合金,合金的力学性能和腐蚀性能与合金热处理工艺有密切的关系。本文通过浸泡腐蚀实验和电化学实验研究了不同热处理制度对铸造Al-Si-Mg合金在NaC1溶液中的腐蚀行为。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对各合金浸泡腐蚀后的形貌进行了观察与分析,并从组织上解释了热处理制度对铸造Al-Si-Mg合金腐蚀性能影响。通过对合金在铸态、固溶状态、不同时效状态下的腐蚀性能的分析研究,结果表明固溶状态下合金具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能,腐蚀电流密度Icorr最小,峰时效状态下合金的耐点蚀和晶间腐蚀性最差,Icorr最大。

【Abstract】 The casting Al-Si-Mg alloy is a aluminum which can be strengthened by heat treatments.There are close relations between heat treatments and the capability of alloy’s mechanical,corrosion resistance..The effect of changing heat treatments condition on corrosion behavior of Al-Si-Mg alloy in NaCl solution were studied by electrochemistry tests and immersion corrosion tests.The morphology of alloys after immersion corrosion were analyzed by OM(optical microscopy) and SEM(scanning electron microscopy).The reasons of the influences of heat treatments on the corrosion of casting Al-Si-Mg alloy were explained on the microstructures in this paper.Different microstructures could lead to variation of corrosion properties.The corrosion properties of Al-Si-Mg alloy after casting,ST(solution treatment) and diferent aging respectively were analyzed.The results show that corrosion properties under PA(peak aging)are the worst case and the best ones with ST,at the same time the Icorr under PA are the highest case and the lowest ones with ST.
