大型地面光电跟踪测量设备静态测角实验室检测技术研究

【摘要】 大型地面光电跟踪测量设备是靶场测控系统的主要装备之一,其主要功能是稳定跟踪各类飞行目标,并精确给出目标的角位置数据。因此光电跟踪测量设备的测角精度是关键技术指标之一。结合现有的工程实际与工艺水平讨论了静态测角标校场的工程化原理与设计,并进行了三维建模实践。在此基础上,重点论述了对测试精度起关键作用的指向桁架结构的设计过程。通过理论分析,最终得到了符合静态测角实验室检测的新型实验设备设计方案。实验结果表明:测试仪器的稳定指向精度≤1″,能够完成对光电跟踪测量设备静态测角的实验室检测。
【Abstract】 The large ground-based optical tracking and measuring equipment is one of the major instrument in rang.Its main function is to stabilize the tracking various types of objectives,and accurately to the stated objectives of the angular position data.Therefore,the equipment’s angle measurement accuracy is one of the key technical indicators.With the context of engineering practice and technology,the article discuss the static calibration of angle measurement field of Engineering and Design Principles,and carried out three-dimensional modeling in practice.On this basis,focuses on design process of point truss structure which play a key role in test.Through theoretical analysis,the new instrument according with the static angle measurement has finally been designed.Experimental results show that the stability of precision instruments is better than 1″,and able to complete the static angle measurement for large ground-based optical tracking and measuring equipment in lab.
