基于IDL的高光谱数据可视化分析

【摘要】 交互式数据语言IDL具有强大的数据处理和可视化能力,结合专业遥感软件ENVI灵活的二次开发接口,可方便地在ENVI原有菜单功能基础上实现自定义功能模块的扩展。本文针对实测光谱数据,提出了高光谱数据处理方法,包括数据输入输出、数据重采样、数据预处理、以及待测目标处理四大功能模块。并以不同水深的水体为待测目标,在ENVI平台下利用IDL语言开发水深反演模块,实验结果表明该系统能够实现数据准确高速处理,并且处理结果可视化,同时该系统具有可扩展性,可以实现其他实测光谱数据的分析应用。
【Abstract】 Interactive data language(IDL) have a powerful data-processing and visualization capabilities, with the cooperation of professional remote sensing software(ENVI) and its flexible re-development interface,users can easily embed custom-function modules on the basis of the ENVI original function modules.For the measured spectral data by spectrometer,this paper put forward a hyper spectral data processing system,which includes of the four major functional modules:data input and output、re-sampling spectra、spectral data preprocessing、analyzing of spectra for specific measurement objectives.Taking the measured spectral data of different water depth information as an example,it develops the water depth inversion module with IDL and ENVI.The experimental results show that the system can process data with high speed and high accuracy and enable the results visual,simultaneously,the system has the expansibility and implements other measured spectral data analysis applications.
