动态-微波法提取荜茇油树脂的工业化工艺研究

【摘要】 在动态-微波法提取黑胡椒油树脂的中试研究基础上,通过单因素试验优选荜茇油树脂的生产工艺参数。结果表明,以95%乙醇为溶剂,采用反复利用溶剂的方法,最佳生产工艺参数为:微波功率3200W,流量200L/h,总固液比1:4,提取4次。由此得到的荜茇油树脂的提取率达到10.45%,其中胡椒碱含量为原料质量的2.07%。
【Abstract】 Based on dynamic-microwave extraction(DME) of black pepper oleoresin in pilot experiment scale, the dynamic-microwave extraction equipment in industrial experiment scale is used to extract piper longum L.oleoresin. In the industrial experiment,the single factor tests are carried on to choose the best production process parameters and the results are as follows:the method of repeated use of solvent is applied to extract piper longum L.oleoresin, 95%ethanol is as solvent,microwave power 3200W,material flux 200L/h,total solid-liquid ratio 1:4 and extraction times 4.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of piper longum L.oleoresin is 10.45%and the piperine content for the raw material is 2.07%.
