冠心病人心率变异信号非线性特性分析
ANALYSIS OF THE NONLINEAR CHARACTER OF HEART RATE VARIABILITY

【摘要】 本文通过计算关联时间、关联维、L-Z复杂度和最大李氏指数等特征量对20例冠心病人的心率变异信号(HRV)进行了分析,并与代替数据的计算结果相比较;此外,还使用了IFS测试法、递归图形分析法、相关分析、错误近邻法和奇异值分解法,结果表明:绝大多数冠心病患者的HRV信号具有非线性确定性规律,它们是关联维在4-5之间的高维混沌信号。
【Abstract】 In this paper,heart rate variability(HRV) signal of twenty coronary heart disease patients were analyzed by means of calculating the correlation time,correlation dimension,L-Z complexity,and maximum Lyapunov exponent for each original HRV and compared them with their corresponding surrogate data.Besides,IFS clumpness test,recurrence plot analysis(RPA),correlation analysis,method of false nearest neighbors and method of singular value decomposition also have been used.All these results show that HRV of most patients obey certain nonlinear deterministic law,they are probably high dimensional chaos with fractal dimension in the range 4 -5.
