直接序列扩频通信系统中基于高阶累计量和遗传算法的抗干扰算法研究

【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于高阶累计量(HOS)和遗传算法(GA)的干扰抑制算法。在可以获得与干扰强相关的参考信号前提下,此方法通过计算源信号和参考信号的高阶累计量,利用GA来更新滤波器系数。与基于二阶累计量的自适应滤波器相比较,此方法能更有效地抑制干扰。与采用梯度算法的自适应滤波器向比较,此方法对于步长的选择不敏感。计算机模拟标明此方法能有效地去除窄带干扰。
【Abstract】 A new higher order statistics(HOS) and genetic algorithm(GA) -based interference rejection filter is introduced.When a reference signal,which is highly correlated with the interference, is available,the new method uses GA to update the adaptive filter coefficients after the HOS of the primary and reference signal are computed.Compared with the adaptive filters based on second-order statistics,the HOS and GA-based filter can reject the interference more efficiently and is independent of uncorrelated Gaussian noise.The HOS and GA-based adaptive filter tends to convergence to the optimum and is much less sensitive to the choice of the step size parameter than the adaptive filters based on the gradient algorithm.Computer simulations show that the method can reject narrowband interference efficiently.
