彩色等离子体显示器设计与实现
Design and Implementation of the Color Plasma Display Panel

【摘要】 针对彩色等离子体显示器的需要,设计了基于AL300的平板显示转换卡,它能自动识别各种不同制式(PAL/NTSC/SECAM)的视频信号和不同显示模式(从VGA至SXGA)的PC图形信号,并进行数字化处理,再根据显示面板对显示像素数目的要求将数字图像/图形信号进行行内插值、行间插值(插行)、时序调整处理,转换成PDP满屏显示的数据格式并产生相应的控制信号。其工作过程由微控制器经I~2C实现。
【Abstract】 To meet the demand of the display of Color Plasma Display Panel,a flat panel display conversion card based on a monitor controller AL300 is designed in this paper.Different video sources, PAL/NTSC/SECAM,or different display modes(VGA to SXGA) of PC graphic signals can be recognized automatically and digitized by this conversion card.Because the FPD supports only one fixed resolution(fixed display pixels),the video/graphic signal must be horizontally interpolated, vertically interpolated and timing adjusted for the whole picture fitting into the displayable region of the screen.At the same time,some control signals come into being.The whole process is controlled by a microprocessor with I~2C bus.
