基于频谱斜率约束的变速率语音编码算法研究

【摘要】 本文提出了利用频谱斜率变化来形成语音参数多帧量化的约束条件,并针对不同的联合帧按不同的速率进行编译码,实现了变速率的超低速率语音编解码。
【Abstract】 A variable frame rate speech coding algorithm based on spectral slope is presented.It takes the spectral slope as the constraint condition to perform the parameters interpolation among three frames or more.This paper describes the theory of algorithm and shows the experimental results to indicate the improvement from the unconditional interpolation to the spectral slope constraint interpolation.
