【Abstract】 Detecting moving target in moving scene is a difficult problem in sequence image processing and target tracking because the traditional difference method is not very useful under this situation.This paper proposes the method of detecting discontinuities in motion vector field to detect moving target based on the theory of optical flow andMarkov Random Field.The theory’s analyses and the experiment’s result show this method efficient.更多还原
