【摘要】 本文旨在对西部民办教育落后于公立教育,西部各省市、城市之间发展不均衡的现状的分析,指出了发展西部民办教育是对西部公立教育的有益补充和促进,可为西部的发展补充人才的重要意义,同时也从优化民办教育投资环境;政府要向西部民办教育投资,设立专项资金;建立多元化民办教育投入体制几个方面为西部发展民办教育提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first presents an overall picture of the privately- funded education in West China and points out that it lags behind government- funded education and its development is uneven across the vast regions of the west.It moves on to argue that the privately- run education is a helpful supplement to the public education and a stimulus,for it is capable of turning out talents for regional development.Besides,it advances several suggestions on optimizing the environment of educational investment,on the necessity of the government to invest in the non- governmental education and to start special funds for it and on the establishment of plural systems of educational investment in private education.更多还原
