【摘要】 实施西部大开发以来,西部农村地区公共物品供给得到明显改善。但是,同东部地区相比,西部还存在着很大的差距。这一现状的产生既有历史原因,也有现实原因。只有界定中央政府和西部地方政府在农村公共物品供给中各自的责任,突出政府的主导作用,并充分利用市场力量,不断完善供给制度,才能促进西部农村地区公共物品的全面供给。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since "Develop the West" program was carried out,the supply of public goods in the western rural communities has improved.However,it lags far behind the East.The discrepancy in that between East and West China is induced by both historical reasons and current situations.The supply of public goods will not be boosted unless the respective responsibilities of the central and local govemments are clearly defined,and the leading role of the govemments is highlighted and the market is fully made use of and the system of supply keeps improving.更多还原
