【Abstract】 The upgrading of the industrial structure and the regrouping of essential factors of production have promoted the social economic growth of our country.Facing the new economic surge,the western areas should take this historical opportunity-opportunity of industrial shifting,opportunity of exerting the advantages of the mineral resources and heavy industry,opportunity of making full use of the educational and science and technological resources,opportunity of making the most of environmental resources.Among all the opportunities,attracting overseas investments is an important task for Western China,for which this article puts forward some concrete suggestions.更多还原
