【摘要】 在对家族企业研究评析基础上,认为家族企业尽管有种种的先天不足,但其固有的优势和正在发挥的作用,对欠发达地区民营经济发展,更有借鉴意义,并提出欠发达地区在发展民营经济进程中,应鼓励企业采取家族制的治理模式,充分发挥家族企业优势,追求发展效率,使家族企业成为推动经济高速增长、提高经济活力、优化经济结构、培育要素市场的主要力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of their discussion and appraisal of Chinese family businesses,the authors of the paper conclude that in spite of their congenital deficiencies those businesses are playing a certain role due to their own advantages,providing some insight into the development of private economy in underdeveloped countries.They also propose that for developing private economy in such countries,the management model of family businesses should be encouraged so as to bring their advantages into full play,achieve efficiency in development and make them an engine of rapid economic growth and the chief contributor to a fast growth rate,a dynamic economy,optimal economic structure and factors market.更多还原
