【Abstract】 By comparing the regional,national and international poverty line,the author argues that the poverty line in Tibet is rather low.It also discusses the poverty in the farming and stock- breeding areas of Tibet and presents approaches to poverty alleviation,through optimization of the fiscal policy on anti- poverty discussed as the priority.Last,it touches upon several issues in Tibet that demand urgent solution in fanning and stock- breeding areas.更多还原
