【摘要】 ITK及VTK是目前分别在医学图像处理和数据可视化领域非常强大的软件开发包,具有源代码开放、算法库丰富、功能强大等优点。由于其庞大的类库功能,这两个软件包越来越获得人们广泛的关注和使用。然而,这两个软件包并不为人们提供用户界面(GUI)。FLTK和Qt是两种目前比较流行的开源GUI开发库,对于开源软件开发包有非常方便的用户接口。本文将介绍这两种GUI工具在医学开源软件开发中的集成使用方法。通过对比它们各自的特点,为医学图像处理软件的界面开发与集成提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 ITK and VTK are powerful toolkits which have been widely used in the fields of medical image processing and data visualization.For these two toolkits, they are open source and with rich algorithms.Therefore,they have attracted more and more attentions in different fields.However,these two toolkits do not provide user interface(GUI) for the users.FLTK and Qt are the two popular open source GUI development libraries,they have very convenient user interface for open source libraries.This paper introduces these two kinds of GUI libraries for the open source toolkit based medical image processing software development.By comparing features of the GUI libraries,an easy used user interface library is selected and integrated with VTK and ITK for the development of medical image processing and visualization software.更多还原
