【Abstract】 In some what the modern urban disease rooted in a misleading concept of urban planning,which inturn based on a false foundation of epistemology.It is the affirmative answer to the famous three proposition in enhghtment extracted by Isaiah Berlin,that urban planning largely has beening seen as fact of natural science and engineering by the former misleading concept. however,the three proposition in enhghtment have been falsified in the 20th century,which means that the centralized-control-style urban planning concept go bankrupt.
