表面处理对玉米秸秆/聚乳酸复合材料力学性能的影响
Effect of Surface Modification on the Properties of Biodegradable Corn Fiber/PLAComposites

【摘要】 采用挤出注塑工艺制备了可生物降解玉米纤维增强PLA(聚乳酸)复合材料,通过力学性能测试(拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能)和扫描电子显微镜观察,探讨了碱处理和硅烷偶联剂KH550处理对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:碱处理和硅烷偶联剂KH550处理均能提高玉米纤维与PLA的界面结合力,从而提高复合材料的力学性能。与未处理的玉米纤维相比,碱处理后复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度分别提高了36.1%、34.4%、95.1%;硅烷处理后复合材料的拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度分别提高了54.7%、42.6%、85.0%。与碱处理相比,硅烷处理后复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度提高,冲击强度下降。
【Abstract】 Biodegradable composites made by corn fiber and polylactide(PLA) were prepared by the method of injection molding,and effects of surface modification by alkali and silane coupling agent KH550 on the properties of composites were studied by mechanical properties tests and SEM,respectively.The results show that the surface modification by alkali and silane coupling agent KH550 can both increase mechanical properties of corn fiber/PLA composites.Compared with untreated corn fiber/PLA,the tensile,flexural and impact strength of alkali treated corn fiber/PLA composites increase 36.1%,34.4%、95.1%,respectively;the tensile、flexural and impact strength of silane coupling agent KH550 treated corn fiber/PLA composites increase 54.7%、42.6%、85.0% respectively.Composites with surface modification by silane coupling agent KH550 have higher tensile and flexural strength,but lower impact strength than surface modification by alkali.
