一种拉挤成型复合材料用环氧树脂动态力学及凝胶性能
Dynamic Mechanical and Gelation Properties of Epoxy Resin Used for a Pultruded Composite

【摘要】 用动态力学热分析仪TA Q800研究了三种多官能团环氧树脂/酸酐体系在不同固化制度不同频率下的粘弹性能。测试结果表明:储能模量、损耗模量及损耗因子与温度的关系曲线都随着频率的升高而向高温方向移动,并计算了玻璃化转变过程的表观活化能。用平板小刀法测试了这三种体系在不同温度下的凝胶时间,推导出了各个体系的恒温温度与凝胶时间的关系函数,可得到任意温度下的凝胶时间,为拉挤工艺参数调整提供依据。
【Abstract】 The viscoelastic properties of three kinds of multifunctional epoxy/anhydride systems were investigated by dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer TAQ800 at various frequencies of different curing schedules.From the experimental data,it was found that peaks of the storage,the loss moduli and the loss factor were shifted to higher temperatures with increasing frequencies;the apparent activation energy of glass transition was calculated.The gelation time was studied at various isothermal temperatures by the plate-knife method.The corresponding function of the gelation time with respect to the isothermal temperature was then determined,in order to estimate the gelation time at any temperature,which helps to adjust parameters of the pultrusion process.
