【摘要】 本文探讨了学习型社会对高等学校的要求,指出高等学校要通过调整和变化来满足社会变革的新要求。继续教育是大学人才培养的延伸和扩展,继续教育通过密切与现实的联系促进了大学知识生产和传播。高等学校继续教育的改革与发展要适应国家和社会发展需要,要与校内本科、研究生教育和科研协调发展。建立适合继续教育特点的体制和机制,实施全面质量管理,是保证大学继续教育健康发展的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the challenge which colleges and universities meet in learning society.It’s confirmed that higher institutions should make efforts to meet the new demands of social change. From the perspective of idea of university,the paper explores the rationality of continuing education implemented by universities.The author holds that continuing education is an extension and expansion of personnel training and continuing education promotes knowledge production through close contact with the society.The paper further explores the reform and development of continuing higher education.Four areas of strategies are underlined:1. Implementation of high-level personnel continuing education adapting to the needs of national and social development.2.Coordination of continuing education,undergraduate,graduate education and research at colleges and universities.3.Establishment of continuing education-featured system and mechanism.4.Insurance of quality of continuing education.更多还原
