【摘要】 北京奥运会将不同肤色、不同语言、不同文化和不同信仰的人们吸引到一起,超越了政治、宗教、种族和语言的限制,让世界人民共同欣赏体育竞技,交流感受、结交朋友,是进行世界和平教育的一次极好体验。2007年联合国通过由中国提议的《奥林匹克休战决议》,是北京奥运会对奥林匹克运动"和平"宗旨的坚守和践行。以"和谐之旅"命名的全球火炬接力活动是中国追求和平的体现,但欧、美的一些地方却遭遇了阻碍火炬传递、企图熄灭火炬的不和谐的暴力事件。和平的实现需要付出努力和斗争。运动员、官员、记者,在奥运赛场上,在奥运村,新闻中心交流对话,促进了彼此的了解和认识,使人们体会到了和平的美好。平安奥运口号和实践,既反映了人们对人生安全的担忧,又激起了人们对和平的向往。北京奥运口号"同一个世界,同一个梦想"和吉祥物"福娃"是中国向全世界发出的和平呼唤。全国开展的奥林匹克教育活动有助于培养公民,尤其是中小学生的世界和平意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Beijing Games attracted millions of people with different colour,different languages and different religions in the world,by overcoming the political,religious and linguistic barriers,to enjoy the exciting sports contests,exchange ideas and make friends.It was an excellent chance to educate people across the world to love peace.The United Nation passed "The Resolution of Olympic Truce" proposed by China in October 2007,which reflected Chinese determination to pursue world peace. This is further demonstrated in the theme of the Olympic Torch Relay -- "the Journey of Harmony". The Relay covered every continent of the world was named,but was badly affected by the unharmonious incidents of violent confrontations between protesters and torch bearers in some European and North-American legs.These incidents taught people a lesson:world peace is not easy to achieve without any challenges.Fortunately the Beijing Games was finally staged successfully and peacefully and hundreds of thousands athletes,referees and journalists as well as volunteers got to know each other and developed understanding and even friendship through daily contact and communication in the stadiums,the Olympic village and the Press Centre,which created a wonderful sense of the peaceful world.The slogan of "safe Olympics" was put forward in a month prior to the Beijing Games,a result of international and domestic terrorist threats.To ensure the security and safety of the Games,tight security check was implemented.All this further stimulated people’s desire for peace.The Olympic slogan "One world,one dream" and the official mascot "Fu Wa" were the Chinese call for peace to the whole world.The nation-wide Olympic Education Campaign between 2005 and 2008 helped cultivate the awareness of world peace among the Chinese citizens,especially the primary and middle school students.更多还原
