【Abstract】 The meaning of Corporate Social Responsibility is discussed to clarify the responsibility,which refers to duty of the company.How the concept of CSR comes into being is reviewed to explain the amalgamation of Public & Private Laws.By transcending the comprehension of the relation between the social responsibility and profit of corporate,this thesis emphasizes the fair pursuit under the aim of efficiency.On the ground of profit-making purpose of the company,the transformation from corporate responsibility to social contract of stakeholders is advocated.The sustainable development can only be achieved on the basis of the amalgamation of Public & Private Laws and the perfection of the corporate governance structure, which is the process of transcending itself.Hopefully,a new annotation about the corporate responsibility and Multi-dimensioned civilization is provided in this paper.更多还原
