【摘要】 经济全球化、教育国际化和文化多元化等浪潮的不断涌现促使学科综合化、人才复合化、培养融合化。国际间多层面、多目标、多方式的经济、贸易、文化交往空前广泛,语言作为信息交流的载体扮演着重要的角色,而英语作为世界各地的"通用语",作用更是巨大,人力资源则成为国际经贸活动持续发展的内因。当今社会对既熟悉经济、管理、法律又熟练掌握英语的高级复合型人才的需求越来越大,这成为复合型外语人才未来发展的方向所在。时代和社会对人才的规格提出了新的要求:奠定在全面素质基础上的创新型的人才;能够实现跨文化交流的国际性的人才;熟练掌握信息技术的人才。而外语教学改革从更根本上制约着创新型人才培养的质量和水平。教育部《关于外语专业面向21世纪本科教育改革的若干意见》指出,"从根本上讲外语是一种技能,一种载体",如何在强化外语技能的同时,加大被载体,即被复合专业的教学力度,是成功培养复合型外语人才的关键。复合型人才应具备5大特征:扎实的基本功、宽阔的知识面、一定的专业知识、较强的能力和较好的素质,应具有国际视野和跨文化交际能力。市场调查显示,复合型外语人才得到了市场的肯定,不仅比单一的语言人才受欢迎,甚至比单一的专业人才更受欢迎,(如同样是经贸专业,外国语大学的经贸专业毕业生,就比财经类大学的毕业生更有竞争力),这已成为不争的事实。尽管社会对复合型人才的认可度较高,但在多元文化和国际化的背景下,这种区别于传统教学方式与课程设置的专业教育模式仍存在很多亟待解决的问题,探讨和解决这些问题关系到人才培养的质量和教学体系的改革。本文以我国复合型人才培养的实践为依据,分析了复合型人才培养的现状与问题,如由于复合型人才的专业结构定位不明确而导致的教学目的、教学要求重叠等;课程设置工具化,缺乏对多元文化的理解能力和跨文化交际能力的培养;教学方式的范式化和一统化,缺乏个性化和多元性;缺乏客观、全面的英语语言能力等级衡量标准:处理专业工具技能与文化素养、智性素质的关系等问题。笔者从教育学、心理学、语用学和跨文化交际学等学科的视角,结合实例,就革新教学模式、课程体系及教学方法等进行探讨,特别对如何强化学生的跨文化交流能力,拓宽国际视野和培养了解和运用国际通行规则的意识和能力等问题进行了分析,对建构国际化、多元化国际背景下的复合型人才培养模式提出应变对策。力图通过在教学思想、教学模式和评价体系等方面的改革,把复合型人才培养引入科学、系统和规范发展的轨道上来,使之在科学的方法指导下,对中国的外语教育和新型人才的培养做出更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 English language has become the chief lingua franca in various organizations,social gatherings,and human resource has become the most important driving force in international trade and economy.With the world moving in the direction of globalization and cultural diversity, there is an increasing need for interdisciplinary,application-oriented professionals who have both a good command of English and specialized knowledge in economics,trade and international business.To welcome the arrival of the new age,China’s English language education has therefore moved on to the stage of innovation.The National Ministry of Education stresses the five basic requirements for the interdisciplinary talents and stresses specific guidelines for the training mode.Recent market survey results indicate interdisciplinary graduates are highly recognized by the society and demonstrate greater competitive edge.However,the training of interdisciplinary talents is by no means a sweet and smooth process.It has brought up quite a few problems to be solved.The present paper makes a thorough study of the problems arising from the training mode,namely,non-creative and stereotyped ways of teaching and learning;the lack of unified English language proficiency measurement;the development of curriculum design;the contradiction between the training of skills and the cultivation of cross-cultural communicative competence,etc.In the light of these problems we encountered,it argues for the reform of the training mode and the teaching methodology,and gives some valuable suggestions,which are projected to be valuable to educational policy makers,teachers and researchers.The author of this paper intends to discuss this issue from the perspective of psycholinguistics,pragmatics and educational psychology.The paper aims at developing effective strategies on the training of interdisciplinary talents so as to establish the training mode with distinctive Chinese characteristics in the context of globalization and cultural diversity.更多还原
