【Abstract】 This thesis summarizes the process of the historical evolvement of the policy on the study abroad sponsored by the government since the policy of Reform and Open to the Outside, and then analyzes different theories and viewpoints on brain drain and repatriation. From the perspective of cost-benefit, the author probes into the cost invested in the education abroad sponsored by the government as well as the main benefit gained, and furthermore it shows that the policy on the study abroad sponsored by the government has brought great and long-term benefit.更多还原
