【摘要】 本文结合目前互联网移动化、云计算以及社会化三大主要发展趋势,剖析了典型网络科普在新的互联网发展背景下所展示出来的新特点以及存在的不足,特别是提出社会化网络中科学传播主体与受体对等化一体化后一定程度上削弱了科普教育的可信度和权威性,而这一点正是绝大多数科研机构所需要承担的最基本的科普工作职责。针对此现象,本文以重点介绍了在当前互联网发展趋势下云计算的发展科学传播工作的影响,在此基础上深入分析了中科院主要的科学传播工作的类型和特点,提出构建泛在融合的科学传播云服务的整体设想,探讨既可以充分实现科学家主动、正确、客观地进行科学传播,又可以实现与公众进行对等交流互动的科学传播模式。科学传播云服务将通过整合集成互联网络、移动信息技术和云计算技术,一方面为科学家创作科普专题和文章、在线讲座、撰写感悟、公众问答、组织科普活动、分享数字化科普教育资源等提供开放的云平台和服务,另一方面又通过集成社会化网络功能为公众提供与科学家进行交流互动的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the new features and gaps of typical network-based science outreach applications from the three perspectives of mobile network,cloud computing and socialization.Socialized networks have blurred the lines between information publishers and receivers,which might lead to a new problem for the users to gain trustworthy resources from research institutions.This article discusses how the development of cloud computing may influence science communication,and analyzes the categories and characteristics of relevant practices conducted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences based on the discussion.Furthermore,the author proposes a preliminary idea to construct the ubiquitous and integrative cloud service platform for science communication,and suggests that scientists can both actively create trustworthy resources for science communication and interact with the public as equal participants.Facilitated by the Internet,mobile network and cloud computing technology,the platform allows scientists to create and share featured stories,articles,online lectures,messages,responses to questions from the public,activities and other digital resources for science education and public outreach.It also provides opportunities for the public to communicate and interact with scientists using a variety of social networking functions.更多还原
