【摘要】 基于德国的职业能力开发思想,开创一种新型生产性实训课程模式。与行业企业深度合作开发课程及教学资源,组建双师结构的教学团队,构建通信领域前沿技术的新课程教学内容及教学模式,以真实的校园无线接入网工程为生产性实训平台,以校企人员组建的教学团队为依托,以无线接入网工程建设所涉及的职业岗位为依据,确定学生岗位角色,组建项目团队,完成无线接入网工程项目的施工与管理,实现学生职业关键能力和职业岗位核心能力的提升,达到学生校内职业化体验和顺利就业的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the German development idea of the professional ability,a new kind of productive practice curriculum mode is created,and the courses and teaching resources with enterprise in the deep cooperation are developed.The dual-structure teaching team is formed,and the advanced technology courses and teaching mode in communication are constructed.With real campus wireless access network construction for productive practice,under the guidance of the teaching team which is formed by the school teachers and enterprise people, according to the position requirement of wireless access network,the student’s role is determined,then a real project team is set up,The wireless network project construction and management are completed.The students’ professional ability and professional jobs key core ability are promoted,and the zero distance goal between student campus experience and professional jobs is achieved.更多还原
