探讨本科生实践教学中应用型创新人才的培养

【摘要】 阐述了在当今社会应用型创新人才培养的必要和紧迫性。高等教育发展和高校人才培养面临着许多新的挑战。提出要支持本科生参与科学研究,强化实践教学环节。要促进科研与教学互动、与创新人才培养和结合。应用型创新人才的培养是一项复杂的系统工程,需要构建科学合理的实践教学体系,深化教学改革。结合无线通信领域实验教改项目开展的经验从三个角度探讨了本科生实践教学中应用型创新人才的培养;依靠服务平台——"创新基地"支撑;改革、创新实验内容;更新实践平台。

【Abstract】 This article describes the necessity and urgency of cultivating innovative talents with high practice ability nowadays.High level education and student cultivation are faced with many new challenges.We propose to get undergraduate students involved in scientific research and strengthen practical teaching.Scientific research should be promoted to combine with teaching activities and talents training.The cultivation of talents with high practice ability and innovation capability is a complex project,which requires developing a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system,and deepening the reforms in education and teaching.Based on an innovative project concerning the experiment reforms in the field of wireless communication,talents training for undergraduates is explored from three aspects:being assisted with the service platform - ’innovation base’, reforming experiment contents,and updating the experimental facilities.
